If you would like to check if a student's license is valid or not, you can do so in 2 ways:
Way 1: as a district or school admin
If you are a district or school admin, and you want to see ALL the users/students together (or want to search for a specific student), the easiest way to do this is to:
- Login to BlueStreak
- Click the gear icon (3rd icon from top on the left sidebar)
- Click "Users" on the top right
- Look at the list of users; next to each, it will show either "license valid" in green, or "Licenses exceeded" (red)
Way 2: as a teacher (and also as a district or school admin)
- Login to BlueStreak Math
- Click on the class name (ex. 2nd Grade, Homeroom Alvarez)
- On the top right, click "Students" (in big blue text). This should bring you to the class roster for the selected class.
- Next to each student (in their row), you should see an indicator of whether or not their license is valid, like so:
For Clever users, any changes in the student's account would be updated in the district Student Information System, which would be reflected on BlueStreak Math within 24 hours.
