There are times when a person in your organization has an account with BlueStreak that is marked as a Teacher, but it is more preferable for them to have the privileges of a School Admin.
For organizations that sync with Clever, our system mirrors exactly what Clever sends us.
In situations like this, you can do one of two things:
1. Change their role on Clever from a "Teacher" to a "Staff".
2. Add a role for them on Clever for "Staff", such that they have both roles. In our system, they will be changed to a School Admin, but their name will still show up on the classes they teach.
3. Go to web.bluestreakmath.com/system/users, and add a 2nd account for them as a School Admin with a different email address (one that is not associated with the first account). For more specific instructions on how to do this, please see this article.
